Len is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business International (www.iib.ws). For over 10 years, he has coached/mentored a variety of business owners who have continued to use his expertise. Being a good mentor includes having access to a resourceful network. MENTORSHIP

Len provides comprehensive and practical coaching and or mentoring for business owners. He specializes in strategic planning, business plans, business analysis, human resource management, marketing and sales, plan implementation and follow-up.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Successful businesses develop a plan and then work that plan. Len assists you to develop short, medium and long term plans for your business. He assists in implementing these plans to achieve your goals by providing accountability and evaluating your progress while ensuring deadlines are met.

BUSINESS HEALTH CHECK

Len provides business health checks if you have a drop in turnover, loss of market share, or a decline in profits. He does a full assessment of all systems and processes. He evaluates staff performance, management, systems, stock control, product and funds. His report will include his findings and recommendations to improve net profits.

BUSINESS PLANNING

Len collaborates with you in developing a practical business plan. This may include obtaining funds from financial institutions for a ‘start up’ business or for expanding your existing business.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Len has had years of experience in recruitment, selection and the development of high caliber young persons with potential for middle and senior management, and the coaching and development of middle and senior management in the financial services sector. He will help you plan your business strategy for retirement and ensure personnel are in place for appropriate time management. He can coach to manage staff effectively, provide advice and documentation on performance contracts, job descriptions and remuneration of sales staff. He can also provide practical advice on performance management of sales, office and factory staff.

SALES & MARKETING

When it comes to marketing, we tend to do what is comfortable rather than what is required. Len will discover areas of neglect and will implement a marketing plan to compensate.
